Multitech Marine Services and Maz Ocean are thrilled to announce the merger of their service operations, bringing together the two industry-leading service companies to create an unparalleled offering of yacht services, commissioning, outfitting and repairs.

This takes place exactly one year to the day of Multitech’s announcement of the merger of their Annapolis-based service company, Multitech NorthEast, with Annapolis Yacht Services, the premiermajor-brand service company in the mid-Atlantic, to create the largest local provider of yacht maintenance and service from their new haul-out facility at Pier 7 Resort Marina. 

This strategic alliance between Multitech and Maz Ocean will leverage the strengths of the companies and their brands to provide yacht services in their joint locations in Lauderdale Marine Center in Ft Lauderdale, Harbortowne Marina in Dania Beach, Rybovich Marina in West Palm Beach, and Pier 7 Marina in Annapolis. The newly formed entity will operate under one umbrella, offering an expansive range of services, expertise, and resources to cater to the diverse needs of boat enthusiasts nationwide.

Maz Ocean also provides these same services for many local marine professionals and has completed these same installations on many Multitech vessels over the past 10 years.
